First of all, Travis is not like some builders that only know how to schedule subs. He learned from the ground up building houses himself. His knowledge and "hands on" experience are quite impressive. It was our first custom home and Travis really helped us through it. He was very easy to work with and did a great job of communicating with us throughout the process. He also offered many ideas on features we might want to consider. Also, we could absolutely count on anything Travis said. His word is his bond. We had a great experience and would definitely hire him again.

Travis, as Cinnabar Custom Homes, built our house in 2007. Most people will tell you how bad their new home construction experience was with their builders but with Travis, ours was fantastic.
